PTFE Teflon thread seal Tape Parameters :
(1 ) Working temperature : -268C to +316C
(2 ) Working pressure : 5 to 20MPa
(3 ) Working medium :all but element fluorine, fused alkali metal such as metallic lithium,
chlorine trifluoride and liquid fluorine.
Application :
(1 ) On the flange surface and irregular sealing of various ( especially non-metal )piping
and pipe fittings.
(2 ) various flange surface sealing on enamel lining, glass lining, plastic lining, rubber
lining and impervious graphite lining of column, heat exchanger and reaction kettle.
(3 ) Suitable to seal flanges of large diameter vessel with low surface machining precision,
large uneven area, irregular shape or limited bolt tightening force.
(4 ) Sealing for intensively corrosive medium or super pure fluid.
(5 ) Seal the stuffing of pump and valves.
